My family enjoyed this. I doubled the amount of chili powder, added 1/2 teaspoon salt to the batter and reduced the amount of BBQ to 1/3 cup (all a matter of taste). The prep was easy and the result speaks for itself - my 10 year old who never wanted to try cauliflower asked for seconds! Thanks for sharing the idea!

I didn't enjoy these, maybe it's because I didn't use enough BBQ sauce and too much batter covered the cauliflower. Or maybe I need to improve my technique!
