- 8 oz. cheese tortellini
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 tsp. mccormick basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Black Pepper (Ground)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
- Cook tortellini as directed on package. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, basil, garlic salt and pepper. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Add tortellini and cheese; toss to coat well. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.

Delicious...this was so quick and easy! will make again! I like recipes that I can find all the ingredients in my pantry! I added cauliflower for some added nutrition and substance!

It's a really simple recipe! I highly recommend! Super delicious ~ I accidentally doubled the pasta and it still works
