- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite sized pieces)

- 1 yellow squash (cut in half and then sliced to make half moons)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (or any color you like, sliced into thin slices about 1-1 1/2 inches long)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)
