Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lb. ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (finely)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. pesto

Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, cheese, salt, pepper, mayo, and pesto until evenly blended.
- shape into 6 1/2 inch thick patties, placing each one on a baking sheet as you go.
- cook in 350 F oven for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Enjoy!
