    I took julienned a nice round of ginger and added it to the mix. It seemed to add nice balance. I served it with Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Shrimp and a well chilled bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. It was one of those hot humid days so we ate outside. Everything was well chilled and quite refreshing.
