  • 4 1/2 cups water (or liquid equivalent)
  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (mix, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 nutmeg, 1/8 cloves)
