- 2 cups old-fashioned oats (rolled, NOT quick cook, I use certified gluten free oats)
- 4 1/2 cups water (or liquid equivalent)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (mix, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/8 nutmeg, 1/8 cloves)
- 2 granny smith apples (small, diced, I leave on the skin because I'm terribly lazy)
