Description
A basic, non complicated recipe, supposed to go with any sauce, jar or home made.
While trying this recipe for the first time, I couldn't help but add some parsley. Still, I found the meat balls to be a bit bland.
I might keep trying. On the other hand, they didn't wildly go against the flavor of the sauce either, which is the main the goal. Must keep trying to improve, but the following recipe is I think a good base.
Ingredients
US|METRIC

- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions
- Defrost the ground beef if necessary.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lay out a baking sheet (might want to use one with sides but not necessary). Don't need to spray.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients up nicely in a medium or large bowl BEFORE adding the ground beef.
