Garlic not needed.. did not enhance flavor butter/ milk / salt / pepper still works for a good mashed potato dish.

Tastes great. Simple and easy. All the times stated worked perfectly. I stuck to the recipe and it turned out great.

So good !!! I added a touch of nutritional yeast, unsweetened almond milk and paprika. Wow the flavour is just beautiful

Delicious! Followed the recipe added salt and pepper and a small chunk of grass fed butter! Used yellow potatoes

Absolutely delicious alongside corn! I threw a little unsweetened almond milk in as well. It was absolutely delicious....I also added diced dried onions instead of powder.
