This was the most amazing sauce ever! I used more romas than the recipe called for so I altered some amounts. My sauce was thinner than I wanted and I had all day to cook it down so I did. I simmered mine for about 6 hours and the aroma was delightful. I ended up using this sauce for veal parm. Amazing! Keeping this recipe to use again and again.
