- 2 cups whole wheat noodles (uncooked, like elbow or rotini)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups cheese (I throw in whatever I have on hand, from shredded sharp cheddar and slices of Swiss to the odd string cheese hanging out in the deli drawer)
- 1 handful breadcrumbs (or panko)
