Delicious! To be honest though, I haven't eaten these as regular waffles! The best use I've found is as the bread on a low-carb BLT!

My version ads 1tsp baking powder and 1 tsp coconut flour. bake in the 5 minute cheif till golden and use for sandwich bread.

Super easy! It’s really as simple as the recipe and directions say. I made these for my gluten sensitive husband to use as a hamburger bun and it worked perfectly.
