Easy, healthy and delicious! I cut the potatoes into disks and tossed them in peanut oil. I also used fresh Thai basil, fresh Italian basil and fresh oregano to garnish them. Wow!!!!

Easy and so delicious, mmm...
Less oily than restaurant french fries, yet way tastier.

These were the best baked fries I've ever made. I cut the potatoes pretty thin and they turned out nice and crispy which I love!

Loved this recipe, it did take longer to cook though, otherwise it was truly delicious 👍🏻😋

great. the fries were crispy and cooked to perfection. really great way to bake instead of frying the potatoes

These are great! It depends on how thick you cut them:
thin: they get crispy
thicker: stay soft inside, with at least two crispy sides
My daughter gobbles them up :-)

Amazing side! Baked as a side for a chicken breast with mushrooms. Tasted even better than fried fries.

So good!!! I love making these alone or as a side. They taste great plain but I like to dip them in guacamole

Best baked fries I ever made, but I did make a few adjustments like I tossed them with olive oil instead of vegetable oil and instead of parsley I put a little mrs. Dash (original) and salt n pepper but they were still the best baked fries I ever made.

I will add a bit of chaat masala on these fries to give a very spicy and sour flavor ,it's a masala used for chaats in India and Pakistan both...

super easy to make, its made with common ingredients and tastes great!! I would definitely make it again. I added some different spices to like paprika. My sister and I gobbled down the fries in an instant!
