Excellent! I added chopped fresh spinach to the cheese mixture. And used my own meat sauce. This is our go to lasagna! Only used 9 noodles for 3 layers, because my dish was smaller than called for. It was plenty, no one noticed and less calories. Made 12 servings and served with salad and a nice red wine. I used more sauce because I like to put a puddle on the bottom of the plate so everyone has enough. Some people thought the serving was too big, but I noticed it was clean plate club at the end of dinner.
