Was disappointed that the cooking directions did not specify the weight of the roast via number of minutes to cook. Directions said to cook on one side 20-25 minutes than turn.
It Never said how long to cook on the other side. We ended up searing 5 minutes on each side, cooking 15 minutes on one side turned over cooked 2 minutes than put BBQ sauce on. Cooked 5 minutes(not the 10-15 minutes as suggested than turned over placed BBQ on second side cooked 5 minutes. It was a bit windy outside so therefore hard to keep at 375 Deg. Cooked around 365-370 deg. Most of the time. Let roast sit for 10 minutes. After waiting all this time it was a bit tough. I will not use this cooking recipe in the future..
