- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 Dutch cookies

Directions
- Mix bananas, lemon juice, vanilla extract, sugar, milk and egg.
- Crush cookies in a food processor and set aside.
- Beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold banana mixture into whipped cream.
- Place alternate layers of cream mixture and chopped cookies in a glass bowl.
- Place in freezer. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals, until mixture is frozen.
