  • 5 1/4 ounces roast pork (cooked, thinly sliced)

  • 1 cucumber (small, deseeded, cut into matchsticks)
  • 1 stalk celery (cut into matchsticks)
  • 2 spring onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 cup cilantro leaves (fresh)
