These potatoes were really tasty! The bacon was a nice touch as well! The next time I make it though, I will boil the potatoes a little before cooking them, they were a bit undercooked when I was done. Other than that, delicious!

Perfect!! Took a bit longer to get the potatoes to cook through, even though I cut them small. Next time I will allow more time. Perfect seasonings and explicit instructions! Will make again and again!

It turned out good. Used some onion and green bell peppers in it as well. Also used Lawrys seasoning salt instead of old bay and salt. Would definitely repeat

I made these this morning for my family. They liked them. I didn't use Old Bay seasoning instead I used Lawry's Season Salt with Garlic & Herb seasoning. When I make again, I will make without the maple syrup - just not a fan of maple syrup in general. Would love to hear what others have used as an alternative to the maple.

Turned out AMAZING!! Was way easier than I thought.. I have no cooking skills whatsoever and I killed this! My husband came in the kitchen twice to see what smelled so delicious and it tasted beyond good! Adding this recipe to my breakfast go to list!

Really easy to follow for beginners like me! Turned out pretty good but I’d season it less (or not at all) considering the saltiness of the bacon. I also have a heavier sweet tooth so I’d add a little more than the recommended syrup. Overall a must try :)

Bookmarked right away!! I also used to avoid making potatoes for my brunches, but not anymore :) Thank you so much for sharing this terrific recipe. You've made me a chef !

Turned out delicious! My family loved it too. A quick and yummy breakfast side to make. I love potatoes so I’ll be making this often

Generally good framework. My taters are super tasty. I extended most of the cooking times and improvised the spices with celery salt, paprika, Korean chili powder and Johnny’s seasoning salt. I added mushrooms, butter and onions as well. Fried egg goes very well with this dish.🍳🥔🧅🌶🥓

I liked these, although I found the recipe a little vague. I'd never used Old Bay seasoning before, so I had no idea what an acceptable amount would be to add, and I used I think a thicker cut bacon than they did, so it took longer to cook through. I recommend going a bit higher than lower on the heat and don't be afraid of adding more oil.

So good! I used sausage instead of bacon because I didn’t have bacon. Needed extra cooking time to get the potatoes crispy.

This is so delicious! I love potatoes and I struggle to make them at times but thanks to this recipe, it came out great! Though I added paprika to give me a kick.

Perfect!! I didn’t add the maple syrup because I don’t really like syrup in general didn’t have any parsley either so I added dried oregano
