    These are amazing! I made this recipe for a breakfast we were doing at work, every single person loved them! I used yellow potatoes and maple bacon but everything else on the recipe I followed exactly as instructed. Using Old Bay really makes a difference too! I’ve cooked these again for Thanksgiving breakfast and Saturday breakfast, that’s how much I liked them! I recommend using a non-stick pan, otherwise the seasoning doesn’t really stay on the potatoes which is what makes them so yummy.

    These breakfast potatoes turned out to be delicious. I’m so happy that I’ve found this recipe. It’s super easy to make, but it takes a while. However, the time is worth it.
