- 4 cups cauliflower rice (you can buy pre-riced cauliflower or rice your own by pulsing cauliflower florets in a food processor)

- 1 lime (cut into four wedges)
- 1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt (+ 2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise (+ 2 tablespons)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (Thai + 2 tablespoons)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp. lime juice

Sauce could have more kick to it but overall everyone loved this meal. Substituted Jasmine Rice because everyone was wanting some carbs!

Turned out really well! I added about double the amount of sweet chili, sriracha, and lime juice. It was too bland otherwise, and really heavy on the mayo. Will definitely keep this one in mind for the future!
