- 125 grams brown butter (well browned)
- 300 grams ripe banana (mashed)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 2 eggs (I use 700g sized eggs)
- 1 pinch sea salt flakes (I promise it makes everything better!)
- 1/4 cup milk (choice)
- 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup brown rice flour (fine, 160g)
- 3/4 cup tapioca flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (or brown, but that will add a refined sugar component)
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 125 grams blueberries
- 100 grams chocolate chips (or roughly chopped chocolate refined sugar free if you want to keep it refined sugar free)
- sea salt flakes (optional)
