- 1 cup oats (quick or regular)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup honey (or agave)
- 1/4 cup milk (i used almond milk)
- 1 cup almond meal (or flour, you can make your own by processing almonds in a food processor or blender)
- 3/4 cup flour (whole grain, i used oat flour. white whole wheat also works well, as does speltat)
- 1/4 cup ground flax
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1/3 cup oil (i like light olive oil or coconut oil)
- 1 egg
- nuts (optional)
- raisins (optional)
- chocolate chips (optional)
- blueberries (optional)
