    This tasted deeeelicious! We used the extra batter to make cookies on a flat cookie sheet and those tasted even better than the muffins. The muffins were still a big hit. We also doubled the recipe and used half spelt flour and half almond flour.

    These were very tasty and moist. The recipe was easy to follow. I added cinnamon and nutmeg too.
