I made a few changes. First I usher half a cup of white granulated sugar and half a cup of brown sugar. I kept true to the rest of the recipe, as far as ingredients and measurement. I added raisins and cooked the banana Zucchini Bread for a full one hour. Not overly sweet, just right.

Great for those who hate veggies, you can't see or taste the zucchini! It's moist and flavorful, as good as any banana bread

Made this as muffins today. They were so moist and delicious. I've shared the recipe already with friends. I will be making this again. I left out the nuts because my husband can't have any. Fine without them.

Sweet, moist, just the right amount of spice, and delicious caramelized edges.
I did not add any nuts.
update: The second time i made this i doubled the recipe and substituted applesauce for oil. It made a much denser bread with a chewier edge.

This was a huge hit! I gave half of it away and then the rest was gone by the next day. Need to make another one soon! Glad to have a staple recipe again! I added extra zucchini and banana (so it was a bit pudding like, and I loved it). Also added chocolate chips, no walnuts. And sprinkled turbinado sugar and oatmeal on the top. Yum!

I changed the recipe a little to make it healthier and fewer calories and it came out more like a bread pudding texture because I used less flour; however, I LOVED IT! This is my new go to recipe! Add in some chocolate chips for delicious surprises!!

This was moist, delicious, and easy to follow. I prefer a little less salt, sugar, and cinnamon, but all of the other ingredient portions were spot on.

OMG this was so moist & I put half walnuts & half pecans. It’s better than my banana orange nut bread I usually make. Very moist! 😋

Good texture, I substituted trivia for sugar. Lower calories & good flavor

WOWZA. My boyfriend & I made this bread not thinking it would taste anything like our Moms’ recipes. But after taking our first bite we were BLOWN AWAY. This is definitely going to be something we make again and again AND AGAIN. Extremely simple recipe and THE ONLY thing we changed was the amount of walnuts. We are nutty people and added a full cup more AND sprinkled some on top. Make something you can be proud of and make this loaf!
PS you can’t taste the zucchini. I was worried. I don’t normally choose to eat veggies in my desserts.

This tastes amazing! I personally would halve the salt next time. I prefer to taste more sweetness than an after taste of sodium. Highly recommend.

Omg so good! I didn’t have walnuts so I used some pumpkin seeds on top. This is the best banana zucchini bread I’ve ever made. Best surprise is that the edges became caramelized almost like a corner brownie. YUM!

Banana Zucchini bread turned out perfectly! So moist and delicious. Kept it tightly wrapped in the fridge, and warmed a couple pieces each morning to butter and eat with breakfast. Great recipe.
