- banana (Yellow, Organic)
- water
- milk (or Cinnamon optional)
Directions
- Boil a small pot of water.
- Add a whole banana with the ends chopped
- Continue boiling for ten minutes.
- Strain through a colander into a mug
- Add milk, cinnamon, honey, etc as desired
