Description
This ice-cream has a wonderful taste with just a tinge of coffee
Ingredients

10 SERVINGS
- 4 cups bananas (Crushed)
- 24 oz. evaporated milk (Nestle)
- 2 cans condensed milk (Nestle)
- 1 Tbsp. instant coffee
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Knox unflavored gelatin
- chocolate chips (unsweetened, optional)

Directions
- In a heavy duty blender add bananas, 1 tin Condensed milk, 1 tin Evaporated milk, coffee and cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
- In a little bit of warm water dissolve the gelatin and add to the mixture
- Slowly add in all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour everything into a container and freeze overnight. (if you use an ice-cream maker leave it for 55 mins).
