pancake broke all up when turning over. i added pecans and vanilla. gummy not fluffy like a pancake but taste good. Its healthy should i expect texture to be like a pancake especially since its no flour..

Wasn't sure what to expect but they were really yum! I also added a dash of vanilla essence. Topped them off with blueberries and maple syrup.
