- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter (melted and cooled)
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup banana (diced into bite-sized pieces, about 1 banana)
- 2/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup hazelnut flour (very finely chopped hazelnuts will work here, too)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature, cut into 6 pieces)
