- 1 small onion (minced)
- 1/2 green bell peppers
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- water (if needed)
- 2 cups banana (greenish, peels, finely minced or processed in a food processor, the pells of approx. about 6 large bananas)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. sage
- 1/2 tsp. oregano (or dry thyme)
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala (or tandoori masala, or curry powder)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds (diluted in 9 tablespoons of water)
- 1 Tbsp. vegan bouillon (homemade, recipe below)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- salt (to taste)
- 1 large carrot (cooked and cut lengthwise)
- green beans (blanched)
- sausage (Vegan)
- vegan cheese (cut lengthwise)
- oil (for greasing the loaf pan)
- 3 Tbsp. vegan mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
