- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. seasoning (pumpkin spice, or homemade ½ teaspoon cinnamon with ¼ teaspoon ginger and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg)
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 2 bananas (ripe, mashed)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk (I use skim milk, but I've also used whole milk or almond milk, so milk of choice can be used)
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice (or homemade ½ teaspoon cinnamon with ¼ teaspoon ginger and ¼ teaspoon nutmeg)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 peaches (sliced)
