Love the addition of browned butter. I added walnut while the butter was browning for an extra nutty flavour. I didn’t find there to be too much of a banana taste so I added more the 2nd time I made it. Simple and tasty recipe!

I added cinnamon and buttermilk powder with additional 2/3 cup water to the mix and they came out very good! Will make again.
