These muffins are delicious! I doubled the recipe, only had 3 bananas, added 1 ½ cups chocolate chips & 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla. Made about 30 muffins. Will make again!!

Surprisingly moist and fluffy for being gluten free. I served to all non gluten free guests and everyone asked for seconds! Easy and tasty.

These are very good! I substituted almond milk. They have great flavor and were moist.
