I was looking for a healthy snack for my daughter’s school lunch, these fit the bill perfectly and she ate two already today. I added walnuts to the food processor so she wouldn’t notice them, then mixed in chocolate chips at the end.

They turned out good! I used chia instead of flax, and I split the batter to add chocolate chips and pecans to the other. Would make again.

Delicious! Light and airy, not too sweet, moist enough and healthy. My new favourite Sunday treat!

Delicious and my kids love them!! I didn’t have enough honey (had about 1/4c on hand) and was worried since the article said that they weren’t very sweet as is, so I added a few dark chocolate chips and sprinkled a little sugar on top. It was more than enough. We don’t even need that next time.
