Super easy and very healthy! I accidentally bought milled flax instead of whole flax, but it worked anyway, and I added some chopped up pecans I had on hand. This seems like the kind of recipe where you can dump anything in; I didn’t have a lot of raisins so I added dried currants and a few chocolate chips.

These were delicious! I omitted the honey as it seemed unnecessary and all five of my littles LOVED them! Even my pickiest eater!! 🙌🏽💖

texture is slightly strange. but taste is good. i used a little extra honey and cinnamon

Too much cinnamon for me will probably use half the amount next time. I’m not sure if my oven is playing up but it took double the time to cook them. Still yummy.
