Turned out better than I expected. However, I used the standing mixer to “stir” everything in. I also used cupcake pan & liners instead of a loaf pan. This batter makes 1 1/2 cupcake size Banana Nut Bread and baked for 20 minutes. My family prefers cupcake size opposed to slices.

So easy to make, and added a little vanilla and one extra banana, also tried pecans instead of walnuts, yum!! was so moist and delicious!! Can’t seem to make enough for friends and family 😄

Great and so easy! I used directions that it listed included one of my own… my Mother always added a half teaspoon of vanilla flavoring and to me that always makes it taste better!

We made half the recipe and added extra brown sugar. Delicious and moist!

Great! Sweet and delicious. Tasted more like banana-y and nutty because didn’t have vanilla flavoring added like so many other BNB recipes. I used pecans rather than walnuts and was sweeter too!
