It was really good, and I later tried it with other kinds of flour and it also turned out great. However it does get rather dry after the first day or two.

Very easy to make. The whole family loved them. We will definitely be making this recipe again.

Tweaked it a little and went with adding cinnamon, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, nutmeg, and did half baking soda and half baking powder also did 1/2 brown sugar and half white sugar. Turned out perfect! Thanks everyone for the suggestions and recipe!!

This recipe is a household favorite. It is also great to bake with my 4yo as they have pictures along with the directions. Had a happy accident of not enough ripe bananas the other day, a new option to try, especially after Christmas if you have leftover cranberries is to substitute 1 cup halved or chopped fresh cranberries for 1 banana, and add 1/2tsp orange or mango essence/flavoring. Choose walnuts optional... half were gone in 15min! Love this recipe!

These turned out amazing! My picky hubby loved them even though they weren’t the same as what his late mother used to make

I doubled the recipe, subbed one cup of sugar for one cup of coconut sugar and one cup of butter for one cup of coconut oil. For allergy reason I used gluten free flour and added an extra half cup, and they turned out AMAZING!
Also to note, I always use a blender for muffin/cake recipes that call for bananas, so much smoother (which is what my family loves)!

Made these several times already. Love the recipe because it's quick & easy to make. So if you're a beginner baker, this will be perfect to start with. I used a jumbo muffin pan and adjusted my sugars with 1/2 c brown sugar & 1/4 c white sugar. Also, added 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts. So good!
Thanks for sharing 😊

We really like these and they are super simple to make. I prefer these to banana bread as its easier to keep them fresh and they are already individual servings. I've also added nuts. This is our new go to for our over ripe bananas.

Turned out great. I made them a little healthier. I used 1/2 cup coconut oil instead of a stick of butter. I used my food processor to blend the wet ingredients including the bananas.
I cut the sugar to 3/4 cup. 1/2 was a whole, organic sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
Added an extra banana, 1/4 cup hemp hearts. 1/4 tsp cinnamon, vanilla and xanthan gum. Also subbed a gluten free flour mixture. 1 cup of chocolate chips mixed in and a few more for topping. Yummy.

Very simple and turned out good despite the muffins didn’t rise. I would suggest using softened (not melted) butter and do not over mix.
Also next time I will mash the bananas before mixing in batter.

I used a combo of white and brown sugar, a total of 3/4 cup, and felt it was too sweet. I also added walnuts, 1 tsp cinnamon and vanilla extract. Overall, a good recipe, but the muffins did not rise as well as I like.
