I modified the recipe a little bit. I used cashew-almond milk. I also used pecans rather than walnuts and added some of the nuts to the batter. I will definitely make this again.

I have made these twice now and LOVED them both times. My only comment is be careful how full your cupcake cups get... the recipe says "they will be very full" but even then I underestimated my first time and got a spilly mess in the oven. Even then though, the muffins came out great! Moist and fluffy and such good flavors.

Not impressed . Ingredients stated milk then in directions stated yoghurt or sour cream .!
The outcome was not risen muffins .stuck to case and although a lovely smell in the kitchen a very disappointing result.I am not a novice in the kitchen but the issue was not the waste of ingredients ,but the waste of time in making what seemed a good recipe.

these banana muffins are the best ones I ever baked! I added a bit of chia seeds, handful of chocolat chips, worked perfect, like store bought😉 Although I forgot to add yougurt, but it didn,t affect at all.

REALLY yummy and one cannot possibly eat only one at a time. Embarrassingly, I ate three in one sitting! Definitely making these again!

Very good. I added walnuts to the batter in addition to the walnuts on top and cooked for 28 minutes. I will definitely make these again.
