I already had half of a loaf of banana bread and a couple over ripe bananas. I found this and got busy.
These are really, really good!
My son and I ate the first dozen before the third dozen was done.
The first three dozen were as directed. I let the batter warm to room temp and added walnuts,coconut and a small amount of chopped white chocolate.
I will be using this recipe with various additions for ever!

The look isn’t as aesthetic and I didn’t have any cracking occur in the oven but they taste great, so that’s all that matters!

These are delicious! A great use of old bananas and a twist on a sugar cookie and snickerdoodles. I will definitely make these again. On a side note- I only had salted butter, so I used that and didn’t add salt later in the recipe.
