- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1/2 Tbsp. canela
- 3 Tbsp. coffee (your choice)
- 1 stevia (pack of, or splenda)
- 1 Tbsp. ground flax seed
- ice (if desired, optional)

Directions
- Combine together the almond milk, with coffee, splenda/stevia, the flax seed and cinnamon and frozen banana.
- Blend til you get a rich smoothie like texture. I use the magic bullet- it's the best!
- Add ice and blend completely.
- Enjoy!
