- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats (again Bob’s Redmill)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (toasted)
- 3 Tbsp. flax seed meal
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup cashew milk (– I like Silk, coconut, almond, or whatever type of milk you prefer)
