- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (softened)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 whole large eggs
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup banana (mashed very ripe , about 4 dead bananas)
- 1/3 cup whole milk (or low-fat)
- 3 oz. semisweet chocolate (chopped)
- demerara sugar (for sprinkling)
