- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups bananas (mashed, extremely ripe, about 5-6 bananas)
- 1/2 cup canola (grapeseed, or sunflower oil)
- 1/3 cup water (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips (dairy-free, such as Enjoy Life mini chips or chunks)
- 2 cups gluten free granola (dairy-free, like Gerbs)
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 3/4 cup tapioca starch (/flour)
- 1/4 cup flour (amaranth)
- 1/2 cup sorghum (teff, or quinoa flour)
