1 tbsp baking powder is definitely wrong. I reduced it to 1 tsp when I made this recipe but these muffins still turned out too bland. I have hope I might be able to tweak these ratios and make this work .

The Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins were a big hit! The only substitutions I made were using 70% dark chocolate chunks for the mini chocolate chips and whole wheat flour instead of all purpose. Quick, easy, healthier and wonderfully full of flavor - what more could you want in a muffin?
