Description
Give basic banana bread an upgrade with sweet bites of chocolate chips! The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

- nonstick cooking spray
- 2 bananas (large, very ripe, well mashed)
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- Place the mashed bananas, canola oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until smooth and combined.

At this moment, I have not even eaten it. It looks very good though. It’s fully cooked at 55 minutes. The videos are very easy to use. Preheating the oven was a good idea. I built this very quickly.
New update: The bread is very good, my dad compliment the dish. I would recommend because it is easy to me and the speed was incredible for preparation. The rest of waiting for the oven to finish cooking it. Probably 10 minutes 15.

Awesome! The bread is moist and delicious. I upped the chocolate chips, just because we like chocolate.

Great consistency, easy to bake! I got a little nervous when I “over mixed” the second half but it made no difference. Baked for about 45 minutes. Highly recommend! 😋

This recipe was amazing! Very moist, I added a dash more cinnamon since I read in the review. I doubled the recipe and made muffins (easier for my little ones on the go) Bake time 20 mins at 350 degrees (time varies depending on oven), I checked after 18 mins. This is a keeper for sure!

i made one with pecans and walnuts. it was so yummy and crunchy. Maybe the brown sugar.. Funny i didn't taste the cinnamon? Maybe I'll add more next time. This will be my go to Banana bread whether i use the chocolate chips or not:)

Turned out well I used dark chocolate chips and 1 tsp Hershey cocoa powder to kick up the chocolate flavor. Next time, I’ll grease the pan instead of nonstick spray.

We added a third banana and a bit more chocolate chips. The texture was great!
