- 1 oz. water (chia soaked in, overnight)
- 1 banana
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 oz. pecans

Directions
- Mash banana in a bowl, add 1 egg and soaked chia. Add cinnamon to taste. Heat medium pan with olive oil (or coconut) spray and heat pancake until top begins to bubble a little.
- Transfer to oven at 325 for 6 minutes or until golden on top. Finish with nuts. (My banana was 5oz so I added 1oz of raspberries)
