- 1/4 cup coconut cream (use regular in the can, not reduced fat)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. agave
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (white, can also use the black chia seeds)
- 1 banana (Small, sliced into quarter or smaller pieces)
- 6 fresh raspberries (for garnish, optional)
- 1 sprig mint (for garnish, optional)
- 12 oz. frozen raspberries (let completely defrost)
- 1 tsp. lemon (fresh squeeze)
- 2 tsp. agave (add more or less for your taste)
