    Cake turned out great! I should have taken a picture before I cut it. I rated four stars because I modified it a bit. Instead of whole milk, I added 1/4 c vanilla yogurt. I also added some spice... cinnamon, nutmeg, & vanilla. Baked it in the bundt pan as the recipe states for 35 minutes, better than 1 hour as required in a loaf pan. Basic and simple. Would have added walnuts if I’d had some on hand.
