served as a desert for the Friday night dinner we hold at the Community Center. i made it as a sheet cake..served 50 people with two of these in sheet pans. added Walnuts and used pre-made cream cheese frosting.

Came out great, but I used store bought icing that I had leftover in the fridge. Next time I’ll add walnuts, I was out this time. I will make it again, might have to buy too many bananas next shopping trip.

Needed more time to bake…I added walnuts…flavor was yummy but still could have used a few more minutes baking…icing…not a favorite…really sweet

Very dense cake and the brown sugar did not “dissolve”. I wouldn’t make it again..

This cake was moist and delicious. My famiy loved it. I did put it in the refrigerator for about 25 minutes after baking just in hopes of keeping it moist. I will definitely make it again.

This recipe was easy and very delicious!! The only thing I did different is lined the 8 x 8 with parchment paper. It came out beautifully! Highly recommend.

Very yummy! I used coconut oil instead of butter, and brown sugar instead of white. Very delicious 🍌
