- 2 Tbsp. light brown muscovado sugar
- 2 tsp. bourbon (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
- 1/2 vanilla bean seeds (scraped)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- nonstick cooking spray (for greasing)
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup pure cane sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown muscovado sugar (packed)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 3 bananas (large overly ripe, skins should be brown, mashed well, about 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)

The directions didn't open, so I used this recipe under Bobby Flay's page. Everyone loved this bread and the butter makes it outstanding.
