Added about 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract, and used a muffin tin. Amazing! Highly recommend!

We love this banana bread! I didn’t think I’d like it, I hadn’t liked anything with almond or coconut flour. I used crisco instead of olive oil because that’s all I had on hand and used sugar free maple syrup. I added a few walnuts and sugar free chocolate chips We will be using this recipe a lot!!!

I LOVE this bread (and that’s saying a lot bc I don’t like banana bread, bananas or even walnuts most of the time). It’s a delicious treat with all clean ingredients. The balance of coconut and almond flour gives a great soft texture. I’ll definitely make this again!

We love this recipe. Healthy and delicious. I sometimes use the mix of white flour and flaxseed instead of almond flour, and it still is delicious
