- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (You can substitute this with sour cream)

- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
