- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs (large, I used farm fresh eggs)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup wildflower honey
- 3 bananas (mashed medium ripe)
- 28 oz. full fat coconut milk (I like Thai Kitchen brand, chilled for 24 hours)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
